PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
Prints & Pillows is a small, start-up business - there is also a lot of pressure on global shipping at the moment, so please allow 10 working days (excluding bank holiday and weekends) to process and ship products that are currently in stock. Naturally as we grow, we will see if we can improve this. For out of stock items please see individual product description for detail on when the product might be back in stock.
Postage and packaging costs for Prints & Pillows products for UK delivery can vary dependent on the product. All products are sent out via Hermes / Royal Mail delivery.
DIWALI & BANDI CHHOR DIVAS ACTIVITY BOX
Diwali Box will be sent out via Royal Mail and we will be offering world wide shipping.
UK 1st class delivery is £3.10 Please allow 3-5 days for pack and ship time.
Worldwide delivery is £9.99. Please allow up to 10-11 days for pack and ship time.
The cost of postage and packaging of prints can vary dependent on the size from Free for the smallest sized prints (18X13cm) to £3.90 for the larger sized prints (40 x 50 cm).
Express Print and Ship allows prints to be shipped in 4-5 days at £5.50.
The cost of postage and packaging of pillows is £3.90 for Pillow Cover and polyester filled pillows.
EU AND INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We are able to offer worldwide shipping on Diwali & Bandi Chhor Divas Box & Prints up to 21 x 30 (A4) only. See above for
Unfortunately we are currently unable to offer shipping outside of the UK for all pillows. This is something we are looking to provide in the near future. However, we will try to accommodate individual requests where possible - please do get in touch via the contact us page to let us know if you are interested in a product.
Please note Prints & Pillows are not liable for any international custom charges.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Prints & Pillows is a small, start-up business - we are therefore unable to offer refunds or exchanges if you have changed your mind about a product. This does not affect your statutory rights - if an item is damaged please contact prints & pillows via the the contact us page and return your item within 30 days of delivery. We will gladly exchange or refund including return postage costs.
If you change your mind about a product, please request an order cancellation within 24 hours of your purchase. If your order has not been dispatched, we may be able to offer a refund.
